Hello, my name is Shuvo. I am an 8 year old boy in Kindergarten. I do average at school. My favourite subject is Bangla.
I like playing cricket as a hobby. When I grow up, I want to be a doctor so I can take care of patients.
My Family
I am not an orphan and currently in good health. My father, mother and I live in a straw hut. Neither of my parents can read or write.
My father Sunil is a farmer, working out in crop fields. It is very hard labour for a man. My mother Filicita is a homemaker, looking after the house, our family and pets. They make about $83.41 CAD per month for us to live off of. The average salary in Bangladesh for a worker is around $311.10 CAD per month.
Everyone in my local village is poor. My family is currently having a hard time.
