Hello, my name is Rahul. I am a 6 year old boy in preschool. I am a brilliant student! My favourite subject is Math.
I like to read, and enjoy flying my kite after school. When I grow up, I want to be a police officer.
My Family
I am not an orphan and currently in good health. My father, mother, brother and I live in a straw hut. Both of my parents can read and write.
My father Rajib is a rickshaw puller. My mother Laxmi Rani is a homemaker. They rarely have anything left over to spend on us kids. They make about $107.25 CAD per month for us to live off of. The average salary in Bangladesh for a worker is around $311.10 CAD per month.
Everyone in my local village is poor.
