Hello, my name is Joti. I am a 7 year old girl in grade 2. I am a brilliant student! My favourite subject is Bangla.

My Family
I am not an orphan and currently in good health. My mother, father, brother, and I live in a straw hut. My mother can read and write, but my father cannot.
My father Sujon is a rickshaw puller, he works hard to bring people safely to different places. My mother Suborna is a homemaker taking care of our house and family. They make about $95.33 CAD per month for us to live off of. The average salary in Bangladesh for a worker is around $311.10 CAD per month.
Everyone in my local village is poor.
